Items are eligible for exchange if:
- Requested within 14 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order number
How to Exchange
Visit any Livour outlet with your item and receipt, or contact our support team at online@livour.com to arrange a courier exchange.
Sale items can only be exchanged for size, subject to availability.
